Do not send secrets. Never include API keys, OAuth client secrets, passwords, private URLs, or unredacted logs in a support request.
Before requesting support
- App version and install source.
- Android version and device model.
- Which integrations are configured: Radarr, Sonarr, Prowlarr, Bazarr, Deluge, qBittorrent, TMDB.
- Redacted service URLs and connection settings.
- Any visible error message.
- Steps to reproduce the problem.
Common checks
- Confirm your phone can reach the service URL from the current network.
- Confirm API keys are current and copied correctly.
- Confirm reverse proxy rules preserve paths and headers if using a proxy.
- Try LAN/VPN access before troubleshooting public exposure.
